ENTERING YOUR LIST IN A WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM (for PC and Mac)

Enter the names and addresses as you wish them to appear on the envelope. Do not abbreviate! Abbreviations, if submitted, will appear that way on the envelope.

Enter name and address in one left justified column with a space between each full entry

If you are addressing an inner envelope submit a separate word file containing a list in the same order as your outer envelope list. Each entry should be on one line and written exactly how you want it to appear on the inner envelope. Skip a space between each entry.

The file (Guest List), when saved in a word processing program, may then be e-mailed as an attachment directly to encoredisk@encorestudios.com or copied to a CD which is then returned to your dealer.
