ENTERING YOUR LIST IN A SPREADSHEET (for PC and Mac)

If submitting the guest list in a spreadsheet program, it can be utilized only if organized in columns as displayed below.

If you are addressing an inner envelope, add an extra column to the end of the spreadsheet and enter each guest's name exactly how you want it to appear on the envelope.

If submitting the guest list in a spreadsheet program using calligraphy formats ECF-90, ECF-91, or ECF-92, it can be utilized only if organized in columns as displayed below.

The file (Guest List), when saved in a spreadsheet program, may then be e-mailed as an attachment directly to encoredisk@encorestudios.com or copied to a diskette which is then returned to your dealer.
