INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING YOUR LIST

Start the program and read the first two screens, General Information and Helpful Hints respectively.

The third screen is the Select Occasion screen.

1. Click the Occasion

2. Correctly indicate Inner and Outer Envelopes or Outer Envelopes Only

3. Leave the Prompt for Verification of All Required Fields checked to assure that you haven’t forgotten any necessary information.

4. When you’re satisfied with your choices, click Save/Next.

The fourth screen, the Guest/Address screen is the screen into which you enter your guest list.

1. Do not abbreviate (Streets, Roads, States etc.). The addressed envelope will appear exactly as you’ve entered your text. We do not correct abbreviations.

2. At any time you may click the Etiquette button to view proper envelope addressing etiquette.

3. At any time you may click the View Guest List button to view your entries for verification or correction.

4. The Clear Data button erases all data entered on the screen.

5. After each complete entry click the Save/ Next button.

When the list is completed and saved proceed to the View Guest List screen

1. This screen affords you the opportunity to print an alphabetized tabulation of your list so that it may be proofed before submission. The list will be printed in block lettering for ease of proofing, but be assured that the envelopes themselves will be printed in the typestyle you’ve chosen. Corrections may be initiated from this screen by highlighting the name to be corrected and then clicking the Edit button. By doing so you will be returned to the previous screen where you can make corrections. (When the guest list is submitted it will be assumed that it has already been proofed and ready for printing.)

2. After the list is proofed, press the Exit button. The Exit Application screen will appear. It is most important at this point to click the Save button or all of your data will be irrevocably lost.

3. When the Save button is clicked instructions on how to submit your list will appear.

4. Please notify your dealer as soon as you have submitted your list.

5. Do not e-mail the list until you are certain it is complete.
